You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. As a UK consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription; where you ask us to start the service immediately, that right ends once the service has been fully provided, and we may deduct a fair amount for what you have used. Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account — deleting your account permanently erases your records.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Equine360. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it back to you and to anyone you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other people's data, disrupting the service, scraping it, reselling it without permission, or uploading unlawful or harmful content.
Guidance, not professional advice
Equine360's health flags, AI coaching, first-aid guidance, nutrition, saddle-fitting, laminitis and respiratory tools are general information to help you organise care and spot things worth checking. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified vet or professional in an emergency or where a horse's welfare may be at risk.
Availability
We work to keep Equine360 available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we may change or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Equine360 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are prevented by law from doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: support@equine360.co.uk.
